Our store was having a few electrical problems. It was tedious to get a company to come out and troubleshoot for us but the office manager of Mr. Electric was extremely helpful and was able to schedule something for us ASAP. The technician was able to troubleshoot and solve our issue in a very timely and professional manner. Can’t recommend these guys enough

I am so very grateful for Mr. Electric and the two gentleman who came to my home to help fix the issue. Brian came first and listened to our concerns, took his time inspecting everything it could be, and gave a very detailed and honest assessment. I appreciated how he explained things until we were sure we understood. Elvin came to replace our panel as that seemed to be the source of the issue. What should have taken 4-6 hours ended up taking 9/9.5 hours. Elvin was so patient and explained everything as the day went. He brought a battery we hooked the fridge up to and I was able to still work on a hotspot and charge my laptop on the battery. Once the panel was changed and we noticed the same areas still having issues Elvin stayed until Duke Energy came to check the transformer. Even after the long day he wanted to be sure they understood the issue we were having. In the end everything is working great so far and we just have to finish the inspection. Thank you Brian and Elvin!!

Their service was very good. The electrician checked all outlets inside and out . Took pictures gave me advice about what was needed. Informed me I needed more smoke detectors, and gave me a report about everything. And price was fair for an old lady. Would definitely use their service again.
