Tom and Carlos were amazing! They professional and friendly and were so happy to answer questions so that I would have a complete understanding of what needed to be done and why it was important in a way that I could understand. They were very patient (I ask a lot of questions by nature.)!!!

I noticed the landscapers cut the wiring to my pool on a Sunday and made a call for an ASAP repair. Received a call right away advising me they would be out first thing Monday morning. As promised, were there right at 8:00am to repair the wiring to my pool. anyone knows you do not want your pool to be down longer than a day or two. They were kind enough to let me run to the pool store to get a new part that was needed since the landscapers cut that wire too. JP and Tom were awesome!! Reset the timers on the landscape lights too since those wires were also cut. cost was not significant considering the three wires that needed to be replaced. Great service and now I have an electrician for life. Thanks again!

Jeff and Carlos installed some additional outlets to my garage and exterior yesterday and did a very nice job of it. Really good communication, friendly with a clean and tidy job performed. I’ll definitely use Mr Electric again based off their work this week.

Had an emergency with our electrical panel inside one and outside one. Brian was great. He showed up seen it was sparking and melting the breakers. Called in the emergency and was right on it to fix it. Thank you Jeff Ramirez Roberto Martinez Tom Patterson They did a great job taking over for the fix. All 3 showed up had my refrigerator plugged into a battery backup the whole time while they installed all new panels and upgraded my system. If your looking for an electrician we can’t say enough good things about these guys. Also had a ceiling fan and light needing to be done and they fixed those as Well :)

I cannot speak highly enough of this company and crew. I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking for top notch service with an electric company. We were doing a whole house remodel and Brian gave us so many practical ideas and design tips, which we used and are so happy with the functionality of the new outlets, recessed lights, camera wiring, etc. Jordan worked with Brian and they were always professional. Jenna, the sweetest dispatcher, answered our calls if we had questions and immediately reached out to the crew and set up new appointments, over the 3 month remodel process. We would receive texts of who was coming and when, and they were always on time! They were also flexible enough to work with our other contractor's schedules. We also met Evan, who is in management. He came to the house for a group meeting until we came up with a solution that met code and our satisfaction. We couldn't be more grateful for the time they all took and the skills they all have, as they moved us through the remodeling process.

Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Regions Bank financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
