    Had Tyrone & Ken come out to perform a safety check at our mobile home as we were having power flickering and loss of power to our appliances and felt unsafe having my mom there until we knew it was addressed. They determined that there was an issue with FPL and that the issue was outside our mobile home but still unsafe for us to have power on until it was addressed. They stayed at the house until we reached FPL and spoke with the person we reached to file the outage report. They were friendly and professional. They went over a comprehensive safety report with me before they finished up and explained everything that they found and what their recommendations would be to ensure everything in our home was up to code and safe for my mom.
