This service call was such a pleasant experience. My electrician, Shawn W. Is an absolute gem! He arrived on time, took the time to listen to what I wanted, suggested a few additional items but didn’t try and push me to agree to things I didn’t want. I ended up with outdoor outlets where there were none, a new circuit breaker with outlets and a GFCI scheme that made sense. Thrilled with Shawn and Mr. Electric!!

I can’t say enough great things about Sergio with Mr. Electric! He did an outstanding job installing an absolutely massive chandelier on our 18-foot ceiling, while also safely removing another chandelier that was hanging even higher. It was no small task, but Sergio handled it with professionalism, skill, and confidence from start to finish. He arrived right on time, was friendly and personable, and took the time to do the job the right way. We had purchased a previously owned chandelier, and when the prior owner removed it, the wiring had been stripped much too short. Instead of seeing it as a problem, Sergio took the time to carefully work through it and get everything assembled and installed perfectly. I also changed my mind a couple of times about the height I wanted the chandelier hung, and Sergio was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the process. He never made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother. He genuinely wanted to make sure everything was exactly the way I envisioned it, and that level of customer service is hard to find. What impressed me just as much was how careful he was inside our home. He had to bring in extremely large ladders, yet he took every precaution to protect our large furniture and made sure nothing was damaged. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, meticulous, dependable, and genuinely takes pride in his work, I highly recommend Sergio with Mr. Electric. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and we’ll absolutely be requesting him again for any future electrical work!
