Kacey was great to work with and fun to talk to! He was able to quickly identify our possible solutions. But the real value came because he recognized that the cost vs benefit of the solutions were not really in our favor and helped us consider what we would actually get out of it. We ended up not moving forward on the project, and I believe that was a better financial decision for our family. It's awesome to be able to work with people like that! I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Electric, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their outstanding service. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. I received four quotes and shared my situation in the same way with all of them. Mr. Electric was the first one to respond, and I liked their quote so much that I almost canceled the appointments with the other companies. Sure enough, Mr. Electric offered the best quote out of the four. I received a grant for $5,000 to fix the power in my 110-year-old home. I always felt my house was not wired safely, and after my dishwasher started smoking and the fires in California, my anxiety doubled. Mr. Electric's quote was originally a little over $9,000, while the other three were between $11,000 to $13,000 and did not offer any assistance. The quotes happened after Christmas, and I felt this was my Christmas miracle because I thought it wouldn’t be possible with the amount of money I had available. Here is what they wrote on the quote I received from them, which really touched my heart: “The price reduction is Mr. Electric’s effort to support the community, especially during the holiday season. We offer reduced prices to demonstrate our commitment to helping those in need and strengthening our reputation as an honest service company. Community support initiatives can make a significant difference in people's lives, and it's our duty to ensure the safety of our customers and their homes.” Just this statement alone is enough to show how incredible they are. The technicians, Kacey, Austin, Zac, and Chris (the owner), arrived promptly and were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and provided a clear and fair estimate. Throughout the entire process, they displayed a high level of expertise and skill, ensuring that everything was completed to the highest standards. What truly stood out was the quality of the work. The technicians were meticulous in their approach, ensuring that every detail was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the results and even provided helpful tips for maintaining the electrical systems in my home. Mr. Electric's commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. They delivered on their promises and exceeded my expectations in every way.
