  • I was putting off some electrical work that needed to be done for longer than I’ll admit. Took off work because an electrician recommended to me was supposed to come out; that person (different company) flaked out. Called Mr. Electric and spoke to Drew (courteous & efficient) who was able to schedule and estimate later that day. Randy arrived (on time, courteous, clear communication) and wrote the estimate on the spot. After deciding to have Mr. Electric complete the job; I was scheduled, it was a breeze. McKeith came out to do the job. Throughout the process it was apparent that he cared about the customer experience/satisfaction and getting things right. In some instances the little details seemed to matter to him more than they did for me. There was a switch plate that was a little loose, he ran to the truck to get new screws and tie it down properly. The plate was not a real concern to me; yet, it’s an example of the genuine care he displayed the entire time. McKeith exceeded expectations to solve my issues and suggested some possible enhancements for the future. It was a pleasant experience. There are many touch points in the journey of hiring a profession such as: the initial phone call, the scheduling, waiting for someone to show up, when someone shows up, how they treat you/your house while they are there, their skill to complete the job, the billing, etc. Some touch points are more critical for me than others ( invoice vs. estimate comes to mind) but a bad experience at any touchpoint can ruin the whole thing. I’m glad to report the experience with Mr. Electric was positive from end to end. I’m planning to have some additional work done; I’ll edit this if needed but doubt it will be. Everyone I dealt with courteous, efficient, responsive and displayed a sincere care for what they were doing. Recommend.

  • I needed a ceiling light fixture install in my basement along with a smoke detector and outlet, Zach was able to install everything in a few hours. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick to work right on the spot after giving me a estimate. After the project somehow the outlet for the stove stop working, Zach was able to come back the next day and repair it free of cost. The price is a bit pricy but I think it worth it. Definitely recommend this company.

  • After another electrician gave us a quote for more than double what we expected to pay, Mr. Electric gave us a much reasonable quote, and we chose to use them for a house rewire, service upgrade, and other miscellaneous work. Their estimation process was very transparent, which helped me feel comfortable hiring them for all this work. Keith was our electrician, and he did a fantastic job! He was very professional, timely, but also fun to work with. My wife and I opted to help with some of the work to reduce costs, and he was always very patient and thorough when it came to teaching us how to help. I’m confident that our house’s electrical is in much better condition, and I’m much more knowledgeable as well. I would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone.
