I had a very positive experience when Mr. Electric sent one person over to look at my electrical panel and replace a light for me who is very courteous in looking at my panel and pointing out the fact that it was 30 years old and a lot of the stuff in the panel was actually not compliant with today’s standards. So I decided to let Mr. Electric update my panel to today’s codes and the two gentlemen that did that Steve and his coworker were very very nice people even though they were younger than the panel that was originally in there and only in their 20s. They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend to anybody who was looking to get any type of electrical work done. This company was top-notch to me.

From start to finish Mr. Electric out of Newark was a top notch experience. We recently bought property in Milford DE. Our interactions with Mr. Electric began with a visit and most thorough walk through with company representative Kevin B. He followed up the visit in record time with a detailed proposal and related costs. Both Kevin and scheduler Danica kept in regular contact as the time for our two day procedure drew near. Kevin went out of his way to drive an hour to meet and introduce the crew of three, Sam D., Chris F. and team lead Steve C. The guys were the epitome of professionalism and skill. There for slightly over 6 hours, the three rigorously completed multiple diagnostic and mapping tasks, inserted lights and did prep for the major overhaul/replacement of the two circuit boxes the following day. Sam D. and Steve C. arrived right on the time they had indicated the next morning and worked diligently to address challenges from the previous day and up-grade the full house's electrical grid. The patience and focus they gave to the massive collection of wires was impressive. Both men were interpersonally savvy, extremely respectful of the property, and educators as well as practitioners. They explained several of the process they were using and as they "taught me" it was clear that they have both passion and pride in their work. These guys should get a vacation day! They were there for nearly 11 hours as a part was needed to complete the task that had to be delivered by a third party. They used that time to double check their work and make sure all the identifiers were in place for the forthcoming inspection. They also merit commendation for how clean they left their work area when they ended the day, tired as they had to be sifting through a maze of wire while on ladders for many hours, they left the space cleaner than when they found it. We have another pending project and with 100%+ certainty we will be using Newark's Mr Electric and its kind and professional team. When it comes time for a yearly inspection, I know we will be asking for Sam and Steve!
