Was able to get scheduled next day and they sent emails informing me who the electrician would be and when he was on the way. Nick thoroughly discussed my needs and wrote up a free quote. The price was very fair and he then was able to perform the work as well. He kept everything clean and worked efficiently. Upon completion, he walked me through everything and answered any questions.   • I would leave 100 stars if I could. Amazing experience and it’s very clear that the owner (Josh) is a very nice/good/honest/skilled person. We were in central Florida on vacation in our RV and ran into an electrical issue on a Saturday morning. After calling most of the mobile RV repair options and receiving they don’t work on weekends or it would be 3-4 days before they could work us into their schedules. As a last resort I reached out to Mr. Electric since none of our RV GFCI outlets were working. The initial on-call operator (since it was Sat.) indicated that they didn’t typically work on RVs and we moved on. HOWEVER, a few minutes later I got a text from the owner indicating that he had seen that we called and asked what was going on. Fast forward…Over the next 3+ hours Josh worked with me and guiding me through the electrical issue over the phone. Josh spotted the issue from a picture I had sent and we were able to fix the issue. The level of customer service and simply being a good human was at a next level that we just don’t experience that often or possibly ever. This review doesn’t do Josh and Mr. Electric the necessary justice or express our high level of gratitude for his help. Highly recommend Mr. Electric in Winter Garden! Thank you Mr. Electric and Josh for helping us!!
