  • Had an emergency and was fighting with home warranty company on the issue, they allowed me to find my own electrician for a 2nd opinion, Sheridan came out actually spent time looking into the situation unlike the company the warranty place sent, proved that the problem was with the electrical box, and not something we did, he has even taken time to try and work with the warranty company even though he normally does not because they basically give you BS service with BS parts, Sheridan was very respectful and informative, very glad we found Mr. Electric and will be a life long contact for all of our future electric issues.   • These guys are GREAT. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They know what they’re doing, and they’re not going to charge you an arm and leg doing it either. Sheridan explained thoroughly what needed to be done, how to do it, how much it would cost, and was so patient with all my questions. They were not only on time, they were able to squeeze me in within 30 minutes of my call due to good route planning (basically on their way back from another job). When is the last time you had a service professional come out so promptly? Finally, an electrician that I know I can call over and over again whenever I have issues in my home. I used to just pick people at random from Google reviews or Angie’s List, but not anymore. It’s nice to have an established relationship with a reliable professional you can trust – like a good mechanic, your optometrist, your dentist. Why not your trusted electrician? Two thumbs up!

  • I was referred to Mr. Electric last year after my ‘ go to ‘ contractor was too busy. I had to wait for Mr. Electric as well but it was worth the wait. I’ve used them to install a lot of upgraded lighting, chandeliers and fans in our home.
