Outstanding Service from Zack at Mr. Electric! I highly recommend Mr. Electric after the fantastic service we received from their technician, Zack. We needed several significant upgrades, including installing new lights, upgrading our electrical breakers, and adding a new grounding rod. Zack's performance was exceptional. His dedication to the job was clear from the start, and his attention to detail was truly impressive. He didn't just rush through the work; he took the time to ensure everything was installed perfectly, safely, and up to code. He was professional, courteous, and made sure to clean up the workspace afterward. It's rare to find a technician with such a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Thanks to Zack and Mr. Electric, our home's electrical system is now safer and much improved. We will definitely be calling them for any future needs and will be asking for Zack by name!

I had a fantastic experience with Iziac and Paulo from Mr. Electric. Both were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Iziac took the time to clearly explain the work being done and made sure everything was handled safely and neatly. Paulo was efficient, courteous, and made sure all details were double-checked before wrapping up. They worked as a great team—polite, respectful of my home, and left the area spotless when they finished. It’s rare to find technicians who combine technical skill with great customer service, but these two absolutely did. I would highly recommend Iziac, Paulo, and Mr. Electric to anyone needing reliable electrical work done right the first time

Mr Electric were so quick to address our issues and give a fair estimate and immediately start the work. Corey was our technician and not only was he friendly and professional, but he went above and beyond anything that we could have expected. He ran into many issues, but stayed calm and focused and took care of each issue without us even being aware of it. I would highly recommend this company and if you’re lucky enough to have Corey as your technician……then consider yourself blessed.

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
