  • Updated review: During the initial billing there was a mistake and I ended up being charged more than what was communicated. The company was very understanding of my frustration and went out of their way to make it right. As an expecting mom and money being tighter this meant a lot to me. The gentleman that came out to the house did a great job. He was able to diagnose the problem and replaced the broken exterior outlets. Now we can once again decorate the outside of our home for the holidays! I went with this company because of their glowing reviews. However, I’m not so thrilled with the experience that I had. Although the gentleman was very nice and on time, the price that I got charged didn’t make any sense. I was told at the start of the service that should be diagnose a problem in the first 15-20 minutes the service fee will be waived and I’ll be charged for the materials. The problem was identified almost immediately. He then came back and said that for two outlets it’ll be 102 which is what I signed off on. At the end the total came to be over a $1000 for two outlets. Looking at the invoice it looks like the service fee wasn’t waived and it was over 300 for the outlets. So now I’m confused as to why I was told it was one price and at the end it was a whole new one. If I knew it was over a 1000 I wouldn’t have had agreed. Also the gentleman that was doing the service was here at the house for over 2 hours. I’m not sure if that is why the service fee was not waived or what the reason is. But it certainly did not take the full 2 hours to replace two outlets. Most of that time he was on the phone. If it was a work call I get it but if that’s the reason why the service fee wasn’t waived even though it should have been it’s not right. What was waived was the dispatch fee.

  • Daniel Lewko came in today and changed one of our outlets that was causing a short in the living room. He was very informative and helpful with letting us know our options. He also got us set up with a contingency plan for our outdated electrical breaker. Will definitely be having him come to do those services!!!

  • We had Seth Rodriguez come out to fix an issue with our lights and he was awesome and very professional. He did a great job solving the problem quickly. On top of that he was super friendly and my dogs loved him so I would definitely call him again for anything else I need. Can’t recommend him enough.

  • I am so appreciative of Seth’s work today! We lost power on a circuit last night. I left Gavin a voicemail at like 7pm. He texted me at 8pm. Seth was at our house at 8am the next day! He gave me a thorough explanation of the pricing structure. I agreed to have him investigate the issue. He listened intently to the situation. Problem solved. And, within 60 minutes resolved the issue without any additional expenses or equipment. We couldn’t ask for a better result! I’ve included pictures of our sweet LED theater seats that now have full power thanks to Seth & Mr. Electric! We look forward to other projects in the future!
