Mr. Electric of Gastonia Customer Referral Program

Program open to legal residents of North Carolina age 18 or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of employees may be excluded. Referrer must have a valid customer account. Referral rewards are limited to ten (10) qualified referrals per household per calendar year unless otherwise approved by the company. Referral rewards are intended for individual consumers and may not be used by businesses, property management companies, real estate brokerages, contractors, or other commercial referral networks without written authorization. Referral must be a new customer who has not previously purchased services from Mr. Electric of Gastonia. Referred customer must complete and pay for qualifying electrical services before referral rewards are issued to referring customer. Referrer must be identified by the referred customer at the time of scheduling or before work begins. Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. One referral reward per referred customer. Referral rewards will be issued within 30 days of payment completion. Service credits expire after one year of issuance. Service credits cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with certain promotions or discounts. Complimentary Advantage Plan applies to first-time customers only and is subject to plan terms and availability. Mr. Electric reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Additional terms and conditions apply.

A qualified referral is: A new residential customer. Located within the company's service territory. Not an existing customer. Not already scheduled or quoted by the company. Not generated through another promotional referral source. The referred customer must purchase a minimum of $300 in completed electrical services for the referring or referred customer to qualify for referral rewards.

Referral must be disclosed before work begins. Company determination of referral eligibility is final. Company may request information necessary to verify eligibility.

Rewards issued only after: Customer has paid in full. No chargebacks, disputes, or cancellations exist.

Valid only toward future services performed by the company. Cannot be used toward permit fees, inspections, diagnostics, taxes, financing charges, or third-party costs. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned. Expires 12 months after issuance.

If using the Amazon gift card: Gift cards issued only after qualification requirements are met and 31 days since paid service has elapsed. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced. Amazon is not affiliated with or sponsoring the promotion.

Complimentary Advantage Plan provided only to qualifying new customers. Membership benefits subject to current Advantage Plan terms. Company may modify membership benefits from time to time. Membership automatically expires at the end of the promotional period unless otherwise stated.

The company reserves the right to: Disqualify self-referrals. Disqualify duplicate referrals. Reject referrals involving fraudulent activity. Withhold rewards when abuse is suspected.

Participant is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of referral rewards. Company may issue required tax forms if reward values exceed reporting thresholds.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Company shall not be liable for lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate referral submissions. Company shall not be responsible for technical failures, administrative errors, or unauthorized program participation.

Company reserves the right to: Modify program rules. Change reward amounts. Substitute rewards of equal value. Suspend or terminate the program at any time.

Program governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved via arbitration only after the referring and/or referred customer have notified the company of the discrepancy having given the company the chance to respond.
