    I called on a weekend and the phone was answered immediately. The customer service representative, I believe her name was Liza, was awesome. She was honest that if my sister waited one day that they would come and do an inspection for free in lieu of paying $196 for a weekend inspection and possibly not being able to get the parts on a Sunday. The neutral base went out on the electric meter and Louisville gas and electric had to shut off the power. My sister's appointment was scheduled between 11:00 to 2:00 on Monday. We received a text at 9:26 a.m. stating a technician was on the way. He arrived and assessed the situation and thoroughly explained everything to my sister. She agreed to have the work done and the technician said he had to go get the parts and would be back within an hour. He started to work at noon and finish the job a little after 2:00 p.m. . I was more than pleased that the job was completed during the window of when I was expecting a technician to just arrive. He called LG&E about 30 minutes before he was finished to have them come check everything and turn on the electricity. That again after he completed the job. I don't believe he was able to ever speak directly to a utility technician. Unfortunately, it took several calls to the company and he waited as long as he could (close to 2 hrs) before he had to go to another job. He stated he wanted to be able to walk my sister through everything on the inside of the house. He had just left my driveway when LG&E showed up to inspect. He heard the utility truck backing up and circled around to make sure everything was fine and that my sister was set on the inside and everything was working properly. My sister was very satisfied with the work, the promptness, thoroughness, genuine concern, and professionalism. From my end, the communication was above and beyond. I cannot say enough kind words about Liza.

    We had our wire from house to lamp post replaced. The nearly 70 year old UF wire had corroded and we suspect the previous owner had accidentally cut it while installing bushes. Kevin & coworker carefully trenched a new line and placed in conduit working around our landscaping (and its larger roots). I was impressed with his attitude and willingness to work around the landscaping to my specifications. They had it all done within a couple of hours and did a good job of filling in the trench and cleaning up afterwards. The price was good as well. They were professional, prompt, and friendly. I look forward to working with Mr Electric on our next electrical project.

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.

DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES

Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.

EXCLUSIONS

The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
