  • Very professional, excellent service, and quality workmanship. When i requested a quote an electrician came to my house, discussed a few options, described the process, and gave me figures. I got back to them in about a week and they quickly scheduled my appt. I was kept informed every step of the way. They sent text to confirm date/time of my appt. They texted me when to expect electrician. The electrician was prompt, respectful, and did superior work. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I didnt have to pay til after the work was complete. The electrician left my house neat and clean as tho he was never there.

  • I manage a hotel in downtown Greenville and we had a significant power outage at 10pm Saturday night 6/30. I was out of options at midnight and my last resort was reaching out to a 24 hour electrician. I called Mr. Electric at 12:30am and Cody answered. My issue was confusing for me as a hotel manager, but after having me send a couple of pictures of our industrial sized panel, Cody was able to help me restore power to our hotel and 130 rooms of guests on a sold-out night in Greenville. The willingness to help and the genuine customer service in the middle of the night was extremely impressive, and we will be transitioning all of our electrical needs at the hotel to Cody and the Mr. Electric team.
