    My Ting alarm (which I recommend) notified me that one of my outlets was problematic and posing a serious fire safety and Eli came out to save the day. Eli came out and did a very thorough assessment, showed me exactly what the issue was that caused the problem and kept me informed step by step as to what he was doing to resolve the safety issue. This could have ended poorly had it not been for Mr. Electric, Eli and my Ting sensor. I live in an old house and Eli provided a comprehensive overview of the numerous issues I had going on and ended up staying the entire day to help fix some of my most pressing issues. Thanks to Eli my dryer outlet now works and my house isn’t in imminent danger of catching on fire.

    Mr Electric is just great. At every level my experience was remarkably positive. Travis and Hunter were the service techs who came to give me an estimate and to install my new EV charger. They were friendly and knowledgeable, amazingly human and professional. When I made initial inquiry, I was told that they would have everything they needed on the truck to do the installation the same day. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After assessing the project and giving me the estimate, they said that they would have to order the charger and that they would have it in a few days. Apparently I was visibly disappointed because Travis said these words, “ I’m sad that you’re disappointed.” (Who says something like that?) I explained that the rep on the phone had told me the installation could happen today that’s why I was disappointed. He said, “We will do everything we can to get this installed tomorrow.” Later that day, I got a call from Elaina, one of the service managers. She was friendly and nice and completely transparent. She told me that Travis had debriefed with her that I was disappointed, so she went back and listened to the recordings of my conversations. Then she explained that almost always everything is on the truck, but that every EV installation Is a little different and so they don’t have chargers on the truck. Then she completely owned the error. She actually said, “We are so sorry. We misinformed you and after listening to the recording, I see why you were disappointed. We are having the part overnighted from California and we will be there tomorrow to install the charger.” There was no extra charge. That apology and her openness about the error was a show stopper. She then explained that they would retrain the phone reps so that it would never happen again. Not only did they own the error, they shared how they specifically were going to make sure it never happened again. And throughout the conversation she was engaging, friendly and by the end of the conversation I felt like a had met genuinely nice person. This kind of care is rare in 2026. I often hear my neighbors and friends complain that service providers don’t care about their clients, about their relationships and often even about the quality of their work “like they used to.” Well, I can say the folks I met and worked with do care about all those things. I recommend them highly without reservation of any kind.

    Eli and Hunter solved my electrical mishap and did a whole condo check up which included old smoke detectors that needed replacing. I learned from them and appreciate their interactions and understanding of my circumstances and need for safety reassurance. Hunter even returned with a second smoke detector to close out the day. They were both very knowledgeable and I highly recommend their company. They definitely took extra time and patience to get it RIGHT.

DONE RIGHT PROMISE

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.

DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES

Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.

EXCLUSIONS

The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
