I highly recommend you let this crew do work for you. As someone who deals with contractors on a daily basis as a profession, my wife and I used Mr. Electric for our home lighting upgrades and I cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, timely, friendly, informative and very easy to talk to. Their customer service has been great from the moment we put in an inquiry, to the time they walked out the door with the work completed. I would heed all of their advice and recommendations. Regrettably I can't show pictures of before and after (I did not think to do that), but we went with every one of Shaun, Albert and Brian's recommendations to improve the lighting in the entire house. We went from having outdated light fixtures and bad lighting to fully modernized light fixtures and dimmable lights everywhere. They covered up old holes, even some they told me they may not be able to but still did (very well, might I add, thank you Brian) because they refused to give up. They even hooked me up with a flood light to light up the deck and back yard. On top of it all, they made sure to schedule the work to have everything done in time for our housewarming party. The work and service were so good, that when my wife and I are ready to do another round of infrastructure improvements, we would go nowhere else. Mr. Electric has earned all of our future business thanks to the incredible work they've done. Thank you, guys!

Prompt and courteous technicians. Although the name is Mr. Electric, we had two women electricians! They were great! My only comment is that the office needs to upgrade their headset. It sort of sounds like they were in a very noisy submarine that had “voice distortion” ON.

I called Mr Electric and I'm sure glad I did I booked a appointment with them for a quote for the work I needed done they were very punctual on the time that they told me and called to say that they were on there way and gave me the estimate before they left our property and they were able to do the work in a very timely manner they did a great job and the price was very reasonable and affordable the electrician and the estimator was awesome as well they explained our options for what we wanted done and were very professional and very helpful to us and explained everything so that we could understand I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a company that cares about there customers and gets the job done quickly,we will only use this company for our future needs I highly recommend that you try them out and I'm sure you will be as happy as we are with there work and the employees very nice and patient and listens to the customer this is our first time using them but definitely not the last, Thank you Mr.Electric for taking care of our electric work great Job!!! We had Ashlyn as the electrician and she was awesome from start to finish and we just want to throw her 6 stars for her professional advice and getting our job done she's the best!!!

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
