Absolutely phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better company and after the first contact with Brett, It never even crossed my mind to look for another company he was full of integrity. True his word went over everything he knew what was best for me and my budget .. four months later honored that quote. Had it done 48 hours after I called and I just can’t say enough good things about this company. I’m grateful for Angi getting me over to this person and I am forever grateful to Mr. electric if you have an opportunity, don’t look anywhere else because you will not find a business like this. As an owner of multiple properties, ive had to deal with many different contractors and have been disappointed many times over the yrs. I cant say that about Mr electric. John the electrician they sent out was just top notch! From start to finish, he was professional, had great communication and his work was Great! His work showed that he actually cared and thought ahead about certain details. When he was done I have to say I was extremely happy with the attention to detail and the common sense he used when installing the lights/surge protector/outlets in my shed/deck/pond. I also have to say that he was extremely personable and I felt very comfortable communicating and even joking around with him. Thank you John and Mr Electric! Great Job RJ @ Mr. Electric I am writing to highly recommend your services following a fantastic experience with your electrician, RJ, at our business, Clay Consultant. For over a year, our office relied on hazardous extension cords because the property manager’s electrical team was unable to resolve our issues. In fact, their previous attempts resulted in blowing out the power in our break room, leaving us unsure of how to get the problem fixed. When RJ arrived, he was incredibly professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I even joked that if he could fix it, we would win the lottery; less than 10 minutes later, he had the job finished. We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
