If you're experiencing serious electrical issues in your house, quickly turn off the main power supply and contact Mr. Electric about the following issues:
- Power is out in more than one room or the lights are flickering
- Circuit breakers are frequently 'tripping' off or if turning on an appliance trips the breaker
- Burning smell or buzzing sounds around the electrical panel
- The panel or its door feels hot to the touch or there are blackish burn marks on, or around, the panel
- An increase in the number of appliances used
- Your circuit breaker panel is over 25 years old or you have an old electrical panel that still uses fuses
