Great service from start to end. We recently purchased a 1800' home that was in desperate need a new breaker box and 4 heaters installed on the second floor. We also wanted a few other small things done, like additional plugs, 3-way switches, etc… the breaker box that was installed as a rat's nest, and needed a lot of TLC. They said that they specialize in "reduced destruction" installation – finding ways of running wires with the least amount of wall damage as possible… I was surprised at just how little damage they made. With all of the work they did in the house, I only have to patch 5 holes (about 5 inch rounds) in the entire house… they gave me the option to patch the plastering myself to reduce cost. I was expecting that I would be needing to do a lot more patch work because of where we wanted certain plugs and heaters. The electricians are very professional and courteous. They left very little mess, and were sure to ask us for our opinions on where certain things should be installed, giving us options/costs, and insuring that we were satisfied with the work being done prior to leaving. Can't recommend them enough!

I hired Mr. Electric's services to run new thermostat wires to use smart thermostats in my house. They not only fished the new thermostat wires but also completely reorganizing the wiring that interconnected all the thermostats and heating zone valves to the boiler. The electrician (Travis) had to do so because the technicians who installed my boiler unit a couple years back had made a complete rats nest out of the wiring situation. Travis not only did that but also helped troubleshoot that my old thermostat in the basement was broken even though I only hired him for help with the upstairs heating zones. He without a doubt went above and beyond! He was also incredibly knowledgeable and did not mind me asking questions while he worked. Very friendly guy overall! Even with all the unforseen issues that sprung up I was still only charged what was originally quoted. I am unbelievably happy with the work done and will definitely be recommending Mr. Electric to my friends as well as contacting them again if I need another job done in the future.

We had Mr Electric come today to estimate a damaged outside outlet. Blair was our technician and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He was on time and even if this was a estimate call at first we proceeded with him to do the work. Everywhere we called was a ball park figure and would not come and see the damaged outlet. We are first time home and this was a pretty scary thing that occurred and he did what needed to be done and I am so grateful for him coming out and informing us and getting everything fixed. I will absolutely call for any of my electrical work in our home.
