I called Mr. Electric because the installation of a dishwasher purchased from a big box store had gone wrong. The electrician was prompt and informed. He explained what I needed to do. He is a graduate of Trimble Tech high school who likes his work. The dispatch office for Mr. Electric was also thoroughly responsive for my needs; they provided the service when I needed it--twice--and were otherwise very accommodating.

Worked very well with senior citizens. Explained the work needed very well to me. At least I did understand the problem and the work that was needed. I will use them every time from now on.

It was 61/2 years ago when Mr. Electric installed a new main panel with "Cutler-Hammer" top-of-the-line equipment (including a panel surge protector). They did a great job then, thus I expected no less this time. Mr. Todd Knutson arrived early on Monday January 26th (like 4 hours early---which I was very pleased under the circumstances as the outage occurred on Sunday January 25th.). Mr. Knutson did a great job locating the trouble area regarding the "un-resettable breaker" on the main panel. He analyzed the circuitry and wiring layout for the troubled breaker. He noticed a thumping sound coming from an outlet when attempting to reset the breaker. He located the problem area and went to work on rewiring the outlet. He didn't stop there; he checked all of the other outlets along that line associated with the trouble breaker and made sure everything else was "good-to-go" His intensity and diligence was impressive, as any other company would have just stopped work at the troubled outlet. Just so you know, there was NOT a problem with the breaker, as it did what it was designed to do. Mr. Knutson does have an electrifying sense of humor, but was shocked at my "electrician jokes". All in fun. Thank you again Mr. Electric. I plan on in the near future to have Todd come back out to re-due the whole house with new outlets and wall switches. -Cheers, John.
